PHONE CALL PUTS LOCAL MANAGER IN A SPIN

Lee France woke up as usual this Monday morning, the same as any other, not knowing that a phone call, which came totally from the "Blue's" would test his allegiance to the Green Army.

Lee who is the manager of The Windmill Football club based in Plymouth, who play in the Devon League, is a regular on The Saint & Timmsy Sports Show on Omnium Radio.

He unexpectedly received a phone call from Portsmouth Football Club today requesting to use The Windmills home football pitch at Millbay Park for an early morning training session before their dockyard derby this evening with Plymouth Argyle.

Lee said the call was a total shock and one of the craziest phone calls i have ever received as a football manager. It was certainly a surreal moment.
