Locally know as "The Sundail" the iconic Plymouth City Centre feature officially called the Armada Dial cost £70,000 and it's located in the center and heart of New George Street and Armada way - You can't miss it! It's Massive!

It's now empty "dry" for the first time in years in order to carry out vital repairs.

The city centre used to be full of water features, the main feature in the form of a man made river way which ran from Mayflower Street down Armada Way all the way to the public toilets next to the Sundial.

The original pool (start) can be found oustide the Armada Shopping Centre

The water feature travels from start to finish through a maze of winding man made rivers and pools.

The river has not been running with water for up to 10 years.
