Union Street raise over £800 for Ukraine

In light of recent event that are continue to occur overseas with in Ukraine the UK have rallied around in order to fund aid and help the Ukrainian people, On Saturday 26th March Union street came in unison to help towards the aid effort.


Event organiser and founder of WonderZoo Slain Davey, felt passionate about helping towards this cause and decided to create this fundraising event filled with an evening of LIVE entertainment and stall holders.


The event took place with in the Union Corner community building located on Union Street and Manor Street in Stonehouse from 4pm until 11pm.


The event also featured food from an amazing local vendor Marion from Jollof Kitchen which serves traditional (very spicy) west African food, Plymouth Jollof kitchen have become such a big part of Union Street by capturing our hearts with their warm welcome and extremely warm food.
